RETURNS POLICY

Should the items ordered be unsatisfactory due to a wrong choice on your part, they may be exchanged WITHIN 7 DAYS for items of equal or greater value.  Cost of delivery in each circumstance is customer responsibility. Items will NOT be accepted if used in ANY way as this contravenes Hygiene Laws. 

Should the items ordered be unsatisfactory due to manufacture faults, the item should be returned for our evaluation, and upon approval, an item that is equal to or as close as is practicable to the item originally sold, will be provided in exchange.

DELIVERY

All orders for delivery within Australia totalling AUD$75.00 and above are sent FREIGHT FREE, via standard delivery methods. (i.e. not Express Post). Should express delivery be required for orders over $75.00, the normal $12.00 Express Post charge will be applied.

All orders for delivery within Australia totalling AUD$74.99 and below are sent in 1 of 2 ways: (Please make your selection at the checkout)

1/ Standard post/courier $6.00 (goods are usually received within 2-7 days depending on location);

2/ Express Post $12.00 (goods are usually received the next 1-2 working days).

Overseas Delivery: A flat shipping cost of $15.00 is added to your order. All orders are sent via Australia Post airmail delivery and normally take approx. 14 days - 21 days to arrive.

ALL DELIVERIES: We accept no responsibility for undelivered parcels or lost mail due to the fault of Australia Post or overseas postal services. Australia wide Express Post can be tracked with a tracking number which is the most reliable form of delivery.  Should registered post be required for any deliveries, please make your request known upon ordering, and an extra fee (equal to that charged by Australia Post) will be added to your purchase total.
